• Account data: Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• Support communications: Retained for 1 year to ensure quality customer service.

5. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate and improve TidyCue:

• Firebase (Google LLC): Analytics, app infrastructure, and crash reporting.
• OpenAI: AI-powered photo analysis and organization suggestions.
• Cloud hosting providers: Secure data storage and app infrastructure.

These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information according to their own privacy policies. They are restricted to using your data only as necessary to provide services to us.

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.

Like many apps, TidyCue uses log files to monitor app performance and diagnose technical issues. These may include:

• Pages visited and features used

This information is used only to improve app performance and is not linked to personally identifiable data.

12. Do Not Track

Our App does not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals from web browsers or mobile devices. We may implement DNT support in future versions.

• Posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and on our website.
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
